The Government has published in the Gazette on 28 April 2023 the Noise Control (Construction Work Designated Areas) (Amendment) Notice 2023 to amend the Noise Control (Construction Work Designated Areas) Notice (Cap. 400L). The new designated areas will come into operation with effect from 1 September 2023 or 1 January 2027 as marked on the plans below.
