FEMU Specification
All new FEMU models shall meet FEMU Specification (v3.4a) or (v5.0) and shall be validated by appropriate professional/person agreed by EPD.
The effective date of FEMU Specification (v5.0) is 1 April 2026, with a grace period of one (1) year. After the grace period, only FEMU v5.0 will be accepted by EPD for marine dumping operations under DASO, unless otherwise approved by the Authority.
