Water Quality in Typhoon Shelters
Pollution in typhoon shelters is reflected in the water quality parameters regularly measured by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD). Figure 1 shows the Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels in four typhoon shelters in Hong Kong. The Ammonia Nitrogen levels in the typhoon shelters are shown in Figure 2.
