• Register as a chemical waste producer under the Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation
• Designate chemical waste store for temporary storage of chemical wastes for further collection by licensed waste collector. The design of the chemical waste store shall make reference to the Code of Practice on the Packaging, Labeling and Storage of Chemical Wastes
