Practical Workshop on High-Volume-Low-Pressure (HVLP) Spray Guns

  • To promote environmentally friendly paint spraying techniques and the environmental awareness of the trade

  • To enable learners grasp the technique in using high-volume-low-pressure spray gun through practice, and to enable them appreciate the paint-saving and improved working environment features of the spray gun.

  • By means of lectures, to enable learners to know thoroughly the construction of the spray gun and to know accessories for the high-volume-low-pressure spray gun and its requirements for related equipment.

  • In organizing these workshops, the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) would like to thank the following co-organizing organizations for their great support : Automobile Industry Training Cente of the Vocational Training Council, the Hong Kong Vehicle Repair Merchants Association and the Environmental Vehicle Repairers Association. These workshops were held from February to March 2006.
