Clean and disinfect all common/public areas, such as passenger lift and lobby immediately after being used for the conveyance or temporary storage of refuse
All areas affected by refuse collection and handling activities must be immediately cleaned afterwards.

Roadside wastewater discharge
Relevant Env. Control Under the Water Pollution Control Ordinance, Cap. 358, the discharger should apply for a license from the EPD for effluent from commercial and industrial activities. A discharge should be made in accordance with the license terms and conditions, such as maximum allowable quantity, effluent standards, self-monitoring requirements and keeping records.
