Seminar on Treatment and Regulation of Cooking Fume Emission from Restaurants

In assisting the restaurant trade in complying with the Air Pollution Control Ordinance, a seminar was held by the Environmental Protection Department on 23rd January, 2017 to introduce legal requirements to the trade. Hong Kong Productivity Council was also invited to introduce proper designing on the control and ventilation system for cooking fumes, and the importance of regular cleansing and maintenance of control equipment.
