Tysan Foundation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tysan Holdings Limited which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is a leading foundation piling company in Hong Kong and carryout foundation piling works in Hong Kong and Macau. The Company is managed and operated by experienced professional and technical staff and owns one of the largest fleet of foundation plant and equipment in Hong Kong.
 
Tysan Foundation Limited is an Approved Contractor for Large Diameter Bored Piling, Percussive Piling and Ground Investigation Works of the Housing Authority, a Group II (unlimited contract value) Specialist Contractor in Land Piling (large diameter bored piling with bellout, minipile, driven steel H-pile, precast prestressed tubular pile, steel tubular pile, rock-socketted steel H-pile, non-percussive cast-in-situ concrete pile, hand dug caisson) and Ground Investigation of the Government’s Works Bureau, and a registered contractor under the categories of Foundation, General Building Contractor, Site Formation, Demolition and Ground Investigation of the Buildings Department.   In addition, it is also registered under the categories of Site Formation and Landslip Preventive and Slope Works of the Works Bureau.
 
Through its fellow subsidiaries, the Company also covers the spectrum of building construction, interior decoration and fitting out, E&M engineering, machinery hiring and trading and property investment and development.
 
Environmental Policy
 
In environmental issues, Tysan commits to continually improve its environmental performance and, ultimately, to minimize or even prevent any environmental impacts of its operations, activities, products, and services. The Company will identify materials, processes, products and wastes that cause or may cause pollution, and will implement measures to avoid, reduce or control pollution where technically and economically viable. Also, the Company will comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements which relate to the environmental aspects to which the company subscribe. To achieve and maintain compliance, the Company will develop and maintain management systems for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities.
