Our Company
Serco Guardian Joint Venture (Serco Guardian JV) is an unincorporated joint venture established between Serco Group (HK) Limited and Guardian Property Management Limited, two of Hong Kong's leading service providers of facilities management, operation and maintenance services. We work in partnership with our customers, tenants and staff to manage EcoPark in an environmentally manner.
 
Our Environmental Policy
Serco Guardian JV is committed to protecting the environment of the Earth. To minimize environmental impacts concerning the management of EcoPark and to: -
  • Comply with applicable environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
  • Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimise the consumption of resources.
  • Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.
Serco Guardian JV has established and maintained operation control procedures to manage EcoPark.  Environmental Team leaded by an Environmental Team Leader and various specialists has been designated to provide advice on the audit process and the Operation Stage Environmental Monitoring and Audit programme and ensuring that all Environmental Permit conditions are met.
 
We have also established and maintained a procedure to identify potential emergency situations and responses to such situations to prevent and to mitigate environmental impacts that may associate with the occurrence of emergency situations.
