The Baroque on Lamma is developing a sustainable community in Hong Kong and is committed to adopt ISO14001 certification for all stages of the development, including estate management after it is completed. The ISO14001 process help us to build up the staff’s environmental awareness and to establish a framework to regularly review our internal operation and to ensure all environmental aspects are duly considered during the design stages as well as construction stages. Regular auditing by an external consultant will help to keep us on track to achieve our goal.
