The Government’s Inter-departmental Working Group on Clean Shorelines (Working Group) has started a new round of joint cleanup events with schools and community groups from April 2018 to promote the message of keeping the shorelines clean. To provide a convenient channel for the public to properly handle their e-wastes, from October 2016, the WEEE Treatment and Recycling Facility contractor (ALBA-IWS) will provide e-waste collection through appointment via the hotline (2676 8888). Besides, the e-waste collection vehicle stations in 18 districts at Saturdays and Sundays on a roster basis to collect e-waste from the public. There are also collection station, education and publicity activities to introduce the importance of proper e-waste recycling. Find out more through the above link.

The EPD's Environmental Resource Centres at Wan Chai and Fanling, Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre as well as the Mobile Environmental Resource Centre provide easy access of environmental resources materials to the public.
