DISPOSAL ORDINANCE
The Waste
Disposal Ordinance, Cap. 354 provides legislative control
on pollution caused by all forms of wastes such as livestock
wastes, chemical waste etc.. It provides the statutory framework
for the planning, management and control of wastes in Hong
Kong.
