The open forum held by the Advisory Council on the Environment (ACE) on the Policy Framework for the Management of Municipal Solid Waste this (January 21) morning received encouraging response from green groups, recyclers, the relevant parties and members of the public participated. The attendants expressed views on waste reduction at source; waste recovery and recyling; waste treatment and disposal; and overall waste management strategy.
