It is the first Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) Scheme of the Environmental Protection Department. It provides a full-train service under a secured transaction platform for the public to apply for licences and permits and settle licence fees any time through the Internet, and it also enables the public to request for specific environmental data in an interactive way.
EPIC Services Suspension Notice
Due to scheduled system maintenance work, EPIC services under the Environmental Protection Interactive Centre (EPIC) of the EPD will be suspended from 17 Dec 2025 06:00 pm to 17 Dec 2025 11:59 pm. The affected services include:
