重點消息  Highlights 《香港泳灘水質2007》報告現已發表 "Beach Water Quality in Hong Kong 2007" report published 二○○七年的泳灘水質為歷來最佳。屬於「良好」級別的泳灘數目與2004年的最高記錄相同，而且沒有泳灘屬於「極差」級別。香港泳灘的水質指標達標率亦由一九九七年的百分之六十三上升至二○○七年的百分之八十三。泳灘水質的持續改善，有賴市民不斷的支持。 The water quality of Hong Kong's beaches in 2007 was the best on record. The number of "Good" beaches was the same as the highest level reached in 2004, while no beach was ranked as "Very Poor". The percentage compliance with the Water Quality Objective has increased from 63% in 1997 to 83% in 2007. The community's continued support is needed for further improvement of beach water quality in Hong Kong.

新聞稿/演辭 Press Releases/Speeches 粵港珠江三角洲區域空氣監控網絡二○○七年監測結果報告 Pearl River Delta Regional Air Quality Monitoring Network results for 2007 環保署與廣東省環境保護局於四月三十日共同發布粵港珠江三角洲區域空氣監控網絡二○○七年監測結果報告。該報告匯報去年全年的區域空氣污染狀況。 The EPD and the Environmental Protection Bureau of Guangdong Province announced the 2007 report on the monitoring results of the Pearl River Delta Regional Air Quality Monitoring Network on April 30, which covers last year's regional air quality situation.
